New Fan Music
Posted by James on Wednesday 14th February 2007 @ 6:34 AM

For the first time since the site's launch we have some new fan music. This piece by avedeus is a remake of Chepito's "Let It Shine" - make sure you have a listen. Perhaps this will encourage others to start producing Grim Fandango fan music... who knows?

We also now have our own Grim Fandango walkthrough added to the hints section written by Iron Kat. If you haven't completed the game yet remember to only use it when you really must. Those of us who didn't have learned from our mistakes :~.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Truer words were never spoken, luckily the wonderful plot of the game made me sometimes forget I was actually playing a game rather than an interactive story so I wasn't too bothered at the times when I did resort to a walkthrough but as a general rule in adventure games exahust all your options and ideas first - before using a guide. It just feels better when you acomplish what you have set out to achieve off your own back :).

I haven't yet listened to the new fan music but I'm going there straight after this to listen. Hopefully it will be as good as the other two(?) works and, as you say, act as a gateway for more fan music :D.

"What a relief, I was getting concerned that our transport wasn't ostentatious enough."
